Enneagram Profiles for Coaching, Teams & People Development
Give clients, participants or team members a reflective starting point before the deeper conversation begins.
Quiet Pattern helps people notice recurring patterns in how they think, feel, react, relate and grow. Each participant completes a reflective assessment and receives a personalised report they can save, revisit and bring into coaching, facilitation or development conversations.

Enneagram Coaching Questions for Reflection
Quiet Pattern can be used as reflective pre-work before coaching sessions, workshops, retreats, onboarding conversations, or personal development discussions. These questions can help coaches and facilitators turn a profile result into a more meaningful conversation.
- Which part of your report felt most familiar?
- Which strength do you tend to overuse?
- What do you notice about your reactive patterns under pressure?
- Where does this pattern show up most clearly — work, relationships, or decision-making?
- What do you usually do to feel safe, in control, valued, or understood?
- Which reflection question felt uncomfortable but useful?
- What is one pattern you are ready to experiment with?
- What would more choice look like in one real situation this week?
- How might your resourceful pattern support you right now?
- What support would help you practise this with more honesty and less judgment?
Use Quiet Pattern as reflective pre-work for your next coaching session, workshop, or development conversation.
How it works now
01
Buy profile credits
Choose individual credits or bundle credits for clients, participants or small groups.
02
Send a profile credit
Use the existing credit flow to send someone access to complete their profile.
03
Participant completes the assessment
They answer reflective prompts at their own pace. Most people take about 20–30 minutes and can save their progress.
04
Use the report in conversation
The participant receives a personalised report they can reflect on, save and bring into coaching, facilitation or development work.
The current flow is based on individual profile credits and personalised reports. Participants keep their own report, and any conversation happens with their consent and participation.

Looking ahead
A future home for reflective people-development work
Quiet Pattern is beginning with personal profile credits and personalised reports.
Over time, we are exploring practitioner tools for coaches, facilitators and people-development teams — including ways to assign profiles, manage participants, access reports with appropriate permission, keep coaching notes and receive guidance for working with different patterns more thoughtfully.
These tools are not live yet, but we would love to hear from coaches, facilitators and teams who may want to use Quiet Pattern as part of their work.
Who this is for
Quiet Pattern may be useful for:
Important note
Quiet Pattern is a reflective self-awareness profile. It is not a medical, psychological or diagnostic assessment.
For workplace use, Quiet Pattern should support reflection, learning and development conversations. It should not be used to make hiring, promotion, compensation, screening or performance decisions.
Participants should have appropriate context and consent when using the profile in coaching, group or workplace settings.
