Quiet Pattern provides an Enneagram-based self-awareness assessment and personalised report experience.

The product is designed for reflection, development and self-awareness. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal or professional advice.

You should only use Quiet Pattern if you are able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activities that occur under your account.

Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your Personal Enneagram Profile is generated from your assessment responses and scoring model.

The report is intended as a reflective self-awareness tool. It should not be treated as a diagnosis, fixed identity, clinical assessment or guarantee of personality type accuracy.

You are responsible for how you interpret and apply the report.

Credits may be purchased, granted or sent to another person.

Each assessment credit gives access to one assessment/report flow, subject to the product rules shown at the time of purchase or grant.

Credits are not transferable except through supported Quiet Pattern features.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout.

Prices may change from time to time. The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to that purchase.

Discounts and promotion codes may be subject to expiry dates, usage limits or other conditions.

Because Quiet Pattern provides digital access and personalised report generation, refunds are generally not provided once an assessment has been started or a report has been generated.

If there is a payment error, duplicate charge or technical issue, contact us at hello@quietpattern.co.

We may review refund requests case by case.

Quiet Pattern may offer optional unpacking or coaching-style sessions.

These sessions are for reflection and development. They are not therapy, medical treatment, financial advice, legal advice or crisis support.

You agree not to:

• misuse the website or attempt to disrupt the service
• access another person’s account or report without permission
• copy, resell or exploit the assessment, report content or platform
• upload harmful code or attempt to bypass security
• use Quiet Pattern for unlawful purposes

Quiet Pattern, including its branding, assessment structure, report content, scoring logic, design, text and related materials, belongs to Quiet Pattern or its licensors.

You may use your own generated report for personal reflection and development, but you may not copy, resell, reproduce or create derivative products from Quiet Pattern materials without permission.

We aim to keep Quiet Pattern available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may update, suspend or modify parts of the service where needed.

To the extent permitted by law, Quiet Pattern is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest update date.
